Refund policy
We want the piece to feel right in the room. If it does not, we will sort it out without making you work for it.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@studiocumulo.com with your order number.
After 24 hours we cannot guarantee cancellation, since your order may already be in processing. Once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you are welcome to return it after delivery under the terms below.
30 day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it, whether or not anything is wrong with it. Items need to be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories.
Restocking fee: none. We do not charge one.
Who pays return shipping
If it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full. That is our problem, not yours.
If you changed your mind, return shipping is yours to cover, and original shipping costs are not refunded.
How to return something
- Email us. Send your order number and the reason for the return to support@studiocumulo.com.
- Pack it up. Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags and documents.
- Send it back. Ship it using the instructions in the return authorisation email we send you.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we inspect it against the criteria above and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may add a few days on their end.
Exchanges
Happy to. Email support@studiocumulo.com with your order number and what you would like instead, and we will arrange it.
If your order never arrives
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email support@studiocumulo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, you choose: a full refund to your original payment method, or a free replacement.
Items we cannot take back
For hygiene and safety reasons a small number of items cannot be returned. These are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages before you buy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
