Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimums and no exceptions. Here is exactly what to expect once you order.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long it takes
- Order cutoff: 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this are processed the next business day.
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Transit: 6 to 8 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: 7 to 10 business days from the day you order.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier backlogs, weather and regional conditions occasionally add a day or two, and we appreciate your patience when they do.
What it costs
Nothing, within the United States. Every order ships free with no minimum order value. If we add destinations in future, any applicable cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Who carries it
We work with USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier for a given order depends on its size and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Order Tracking page.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of the expected dispatch date, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will look into it.
If something goes wrong
Delayed package, missing delivery, or something that arrived looking wrong? Contact us as soon as you notice. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right. You are not left to deal with the shipping company on your own.

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
